Looking Back Through Our Century: September 2014
When the Canadian Museum for Human Rights opened in September 2014, it was the first museum in the world solely dedicated to the evolution, celebration, and future of human rights. The Museum has received national and international recognition across many fields of activity, including accessible and inclusive design, architecture, communications, construction, cultural leadership, education, and financial management. EngFemmes Survey
ENGFemmes is conducting a study funded by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada to investigate the perceived role of engineering for women and by women in society. The Orange Shirt Story - September 22, 2020
Every year on September 30, orange shirts are worn to honour residential school survivors. Orange Shirt Day grew out of Phyllis Webstad's story of having her shiny new orange shirt taken away on her first day of school at residential school.
