Did you know that you can access seven free professional development learning modules through your online member profile? Modules include Expert Witness, Conflict of Interest, and Authenticating Documents. Completion of these modules counts towards your ProDev hours by accessing your online member profile.

Call for Abstracts: 2025 Ingenium Professional Development Seminars
Engineers Geoscientists Manitoba will host its annual conference, Ingenium, in a virtual format in November 2025. Open until Friday, May 2, 2025, the Association welcomes abstracts for presentations on any topic related to engineering and geoscience and the professionals which practise in those fields, for consideration for inclusion in the Ingenium Professional Development Seminars. Truth and Reconciliation and Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion ProDev for Employees
Do you work for a small to medium sized firm that would like to offer Truth and Reconciliation and/or Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) professional development to its employees? Competency-Based Assessors - Multiple Positions
EngGeoMB is seeking additional assessors to conduct a final review of an applicant's Competency-Based Assessment (CBA) report by providing their own ratings for each of the competencies and making a recommendation on the applicant's readiness for professional registration. We are seeking professional members who are working in a supervisory capacity and are receiving remuneration on a full-time or regular basis (greater than 300 hours per calendar year) in the following areas to join our assessor pool, Mechanical: HVAC/Buildings/Fire Protection, Manufacturing/Quality Assurance, and Automotive, Specifically working with buses, as well as Civil: Transportation and Structural. Science Fair Judges Needed - Tuesday, February 25, 2025
Ecole River Heights School is looking for judges for their annual science fair on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Judges can choose to volunteer for the morning, the afternoon, or for the entire day. As the school is dual track, both English-speaking and French-speaking judges are needed. If you would like to volunteer, please complete the Volunteer Form at your earliest convenience. Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Commitment Statement Engagement Session - Tuesday, February 18, 2025
As part of the Engineers Geoscientists Manitoba Equity in Regulation Action Plan, the Association has developed a recommended Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Commitment Statement. This engagement session will review the background and engagement work to draft the EDI Commitment Statement and discuss the intent of this project. Women of Manitoba Engineering Network (WOMEN): Networking Panel and Dinner - Thursday, February 20, 2025
Join WOMEN for What I Wish I Knew: Things School Didn't Teach Me. The event is meant to strengthen the allyship between female engineers and let students know about the various exciting engineering career choices in the field. The event will consist of a panel between four to five professionals from various career and engineering backgrounds, dinner, and time towards the end for networking with students and other professionals.
