Salary Survey
The Association uses a third party research firm to survey employers to provide a guide for salaries and compensation. HR managers are asked about salaries, benefits and compensation policies that pertain to:
- Practising members (includes interns)
- Working in Manitoba as an engineer or geoscientist
- Working any hours (full, part time, or less)
- Compensation of all forms (base salary, overtime, vacation, profit sharing and other benefits such as insurance, health and extended health).
Once the survey is complete, a summary report is posted. This is typically done in the winter months for posting in spring or summer.

The 2023 salary survey is being conducted right now, until June 24, 2024. Login to your online profile to find a link to complete the survey. Notify the office if you do not see the link but feel you qualify. Results will be published here once available, this fall.
