Salary Survey

The Association uses a third party research firm to survey employers to provide a guide for salaries and compensation. HR managers are asked about salaries, benefits and compensation policies that pertain to:

  • Practising members (includes interns)
  • Working in Manitoba as an engineer or geoscientist
  • Working any hours (full, part time, or less)
  • Compensation of all forms (base salary, overtime, vacation, profit sharing and other benefits such as insurance, health and extended health).

Once the survey is complete, a summary report is posted. This is typically done in the winter months for posting in spring or summer.
